Conyngham Hall was opened as a business centre in 1995 and is now a thriving business centre with excellent local town access. It is just a short walk from Conyngham Hall pay and display car park, Knaresborough train station and the local bus stop at High Bridge, Knaresborough. 

The Hall and adjacent Innovation Centre offer businesses a variety of fully serviced office accommodation set within the grounds of a unique Grade II listed building and stunning parkland.

Located within the Grade II listed building, the centre offers serviced office accommodation ranging in size from 95 sq ft to 689 sq ft.

Tenants benefit from:

  • daily cleaning of all communal areas

Innovation Centre

Located in Conyngham Hall’s former stable block, there are 12 self-contained office units that combine a modern environment with unique period features. All units have secure access from an external courtyard. Unit sizes range from 152 sq ft to 448 sq ft.
