This information is required to fulfil the match funding criteria of the European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) and to administer the project.
North Yorkshire council will share you data with relevant parties to enable us to fulfil the match funding criteria:
Records will be retained for 10 years after final ESF claim is paid by the ESF managing authority. Evidence is currently expected to be retained until at least 31 December 2033. Calderdale will shred paper records and destroy electronic records at this point.
