Media, publicity and branding protocols
Our aim is to openly and honestly provide the media, our partners and the public with news and information about the council, its members, services and achievements. We also provide our corporate design and branding guidelines for use in external communications.
Media and publicity protocol
In accordance with the national code of recommended practice on local authority publicity, we are prohibited from using our resources to promote a particular political view or to influence the public on a question of policy.
Media liaison and publicity will be carried out and managed via our communications unit. Contact email@example.com for details and enquiries.
