Finding the library, parking and access
The library is situated in St Michael Street, a street linking the main shopping street, Wheelgate, and the marketplace. It is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the bus and railway station.
There are two disabled car parking spaces at the front of the library. There is short-stay parking in the marketplace, a five minute walk away and long and short-stay car parks about ten minutes walk away. The library has automatic doors and is accessible to wheelchairs. There is also a hearing loop available.

Home library service
The home library service operates fortnightly from the library, serving Malton and the surrounding area.
There is a reading group that meets on the third Tuesday in the month.
There is a storytime every Wednesday during term-time, from 2.15pm - 3pm.
