Finding the library, parking and access
The library is on the High Street in Skipton, opposite the Town Hall and next to the statue of Matthew Wilson. There is a bus stop directly outside; the main bus station and train station are each about a ten minute walk away.
There is no designated parking for the library, but on non-market days (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays) there are two hour's free parking outside along each side of the marketplace. The nearest car park is behind the Town Hall, opposite.
The library has automatic doors and wheelchair access to the ground floor.

Information technology taster sessions
The library holds information technology taster sessions to introduce people to computers and the internet.
Library circle group
There is a monthly 'library circle' educational and social group for the over-55s which meets on a Tuesday afternoon.
There is a monthly reading group meeting on a Wednesday evening.
Rewind Songwriting Club
Rewind Songwriting Club meets during term-time every Tuesday, 4.15pm - 6.15pm at the library. The club is open to young people aged 12-19.
A weekly under-fives storytime takes place on a Friday afternoon, during term-time.
