What is an emergency street light problem and how should I report one?

If a street light is electrically or structurally unsafe it is classed as an emergency.

Examples of an emergency include: exposed wires or missing door; hanging lantern; loose or leaning column; or if the problem was caused by a road traffic accident. So that we can fix the problem quickly, you should contact us via telephone on: 01609 53 4527 (or dial 999 if outside office hours).
