Toys

You can take toys, free of charge, to all household waste recycling centres.

If your toy is usable you can take it for reuse at all our sites. If it is unusable, depending on what it is made from, it can either be recycled in the scrap metal or wood skip or disposed of in the waste for energy recovery skip.

West Harrogate, Leeming and Harrogate Stonefall household waste recycling centres also have PreCycle banks for readable books, playable computer games and playable CD, DVDs and Blue-Rays.

Local charity shops, reuse organisations and reuse websites are great places to donate unwanted items.
