Bus pass portal: unavailable 24 June

Applications cannot be submitted on Wednesday 24 June between 9am and 12 noon as our online bus pass portal will be unavailable. This is due to a technical update taking place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Older person's bus pass

Older people of pensionable age are entitled to a bus pass giving free off-peak travel on local bus services anywhere in England.

Disabled persons bus pass

Disabled people may be entitled to a bus pass giving free off-peak travel on local bus services anywhere in England.

Help applying for a bus pass

Libraries across North Yorkshire are now offering free one-to-one support to help residents apply online for an older persons or disabled persons bus pass.
