Crime - statistics

North Yorkshire is a large county, with diverse communities, and a mix of very different towns and villages. To make the information we have about the county a bit easier to manage, and to make sure it's relevant to your local area, we have developed neighbourhood profiles.

These profiles provide statistics for individual neighbourhoods and even wards within a district area. These statistics help paint a picture of the local area in which you live, or you wish to find out more about.

These neighbourhood profiles also include information about crime statistics. You can access the neighbourhood profiles for your area using the link below.

In addition to this, North Yorkshire Police maintain a "crime mapper" tool which allows you to get up-to-date figures on crime levels in your area.
