There are a number of challenges facing us in the coming months and years. However, we are well placed to deliver the future national agenda as it is set out in 'Putting People First' including the shift towards personal and responsive health and social care services that reflect people's needs and wishes; and delivery of preventative services focussing on public health and well being. Whilst our work is demanding, as well as exciting, our culture is one of openness and sharing. Through the contribution of creative and committed staff we seek continuous improvement in service design and delivery.
