This will provide you with a solid foundation to further progress your career within North Yorkshire County Council. Apprentice roles are available in a range of occupational areas:
Apprenticeship salaryAs an apprentice you will receive £105.29 per week for the first six months of the apprenticeship. Subject to satisfactory performance following the first six months in the role you will then progress to £173.48 per week. Your salary will be paid on a monthly basis. Most of our apprenticeships will last for a duration of 12 months unless explained otherwise at interview. TrainingAll apprentices are expected to be committed and prepared to undertake an apprenticeship qualification through the duration of the apprenticeship. This will be provided in the workplace so there will not be a requirement to attend college or off site training to complete the qualification. Entry criteriaOur apprenticeship scheme does not specify any qualifications that are required for you to be eligible to apply. By completing an application form for the apprenticeship scheme you'll be considered for vacancies based on the skills and experiences you have to offer, so it's important that you complete the application form with as much information as possible. |
