Everybody benefits scheme

The 'everybody benefits' scheme provides discounts to staff on goods and services such as travel, cars, electrical goods and leisure activities. Additionally, there are salary sacrifice schemes which include:

• Child care vouchers - save up to 41% against the cost of childcare through the salary sacrifice scheme;
• Cycle discounts - save up to 50% against the cost of purchasing a cycle through the salary sacrifice scheme; and
• Green lease cars - the new green lease car scheme enables staff to undertake a private lease of a new low emission car of their choice, fully maintained and insured by the provider. Staff will pay for the car under salary sacrifice arrangements through a monthly gross salary deduction which means a saving in tax, NI and pension for employees using the scheme. Eligibility criteria are in place for this scheme.

• Green travel loan scheme - an interest free loan towards an annual season ticket to get you from home to work;
• Health and wellbeing - in addition to in-house occupational health services, preferential rates on a private health scheme is available through payroll deductions where there are no waiting periods or compulsory medicals;
