School - 14-19 area prospectusThe Department for Education (DfE) requires all local authorities with responsibility for education to produce an "area-wide prospectus" for 14 to 19 year olds.
The 14-19 area-wide prospectus is a web-based, searchable database providing details of all 14-19 learning opportunities available in York and North Yorkshire. It can be used, in conjunction with guidance from the youth support service, to enable young people (and their parents) to make informed choices about where and how they would like to undertake their learning after Year 11.
