What are these services?

Who is responsible for overgrown vegetation on a public right of way?

The Council is responsible for ensuring that vegetation growing in the surface of the public right of way is kept under control and does not make the route difficult to use. Overgrowth (plants and shrubs growing alongside the path) is the responsibility of the landowner.
