1.1 Statement - We live in the North Craven and request that from April 2011 North Yorkshire County Council allow concessionary bus pass holders to use their passes from 9.00 am. (107 signatures)

Response to the petitions:The petitions were considered alongside all other responses received during the public consultation period which closed 31 October 2010. A report was taken to the Executive meeting on 9 November 2010 for decision, the result of which was as follows:- The Executive RESOLVED - That the predominant weekday scheme time validity of 0900 to 0600 the following morning be retained. That the scheme for Craven be revised to bring entitlement in line with the rest of North Yorkshire. That the Corporate Director - Business and Environmental Services, in consultation with the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Democratic Services), is authorised to complete the necessary legal documentation to transfer te contracts from the City of York Council to the North Yorkshire County Council and to enter into a subsidiary arrangement with the City of York Council relating to the services which that Council will continue to require under the contract.
