What are these services?

Licence - riding establishment

Stables, which hire out horses or ponies for riding or instruction must be licensed under the Riding Establishments Acts 1964 and 1970. Licenses are issued subject to a satisfactory vets inspection. The local authority may impose additional conditions before issuing a licence.
