What are these services?

Disabled people - motability scheme

The motability scheme provides disabled people with safe, reliable and affordable personal transport, using their government-funded mobility allowance.

Cars make up the majority of the transport provided through the scheme but it may also provide powered wheelchairs and scooters; insurance; servicing; tyres; breakdown cover; as well as adaptations and wheelchair accessible vehicles.

The scheme is operated by the independent charity Motability. See their website below for more details of the scheme.
