What are these services?

If I am refused home to school transport, can I appeal?

If you are not entitled to free home to school transport for your child and you feel that there are other circumstances that should be considered, we will look at you case again and at the additional information provided.

If we are still not able to award transport we will write to you and let you know. You can appeal against our final decision to an independent appeals panel.

Each case is considered individually by the appeals committee made up of four County Council members. For further information please contact the transport team (details below).
