Chatterbooks package

Chatterbooks is a national scheme of reading groups developed by The Reading Agency. Chatterbooks reading groups encourage children aged four to 12 years to read adventurously, talk about books and visit libraries with their families.

"I am so pleased to be part of Chatterbooks because it encourages children to explore and have fun with reading. Through Chatterbooks they get to read widely and enjoy books they might not have picked to read on their own"
Quote from children's author and Patron of Chatterbooks, Jacqueline Wilson.

The school library service offers schools help and support with Chatterbooks groups by providing 15 children's packs, advisory support and participation for one person in a full day training and planning session.
