What will happen if a skip is not placed in line with North Yorkshire County Council's terms and conditions?

Any skip on the highway that has not got the correct traffic cones and beacons in place as per our terms & conditions will incur extra Inspection charges and if not immediately resolved, then the County Council will remove and instigate legal proceedings against the skip operator.
