My bus pass is due to expire, what do I need to do?
If your address details are up to date on the bus pass database you will receive a renewal notification approximately 30 days before your pass expires. Please check the details are correct, sign the form and return it to the address in Northallerton shown on the form.
If your address details are incorrect please telephone the customer services centre on 0845 8 72 73 74 or call in at your nearest issuing location to update your details.
