What are these services?

What documents will I need to prove eligibility for a bus pass?

You will need to provide a copy of either your birth certificate, passport, driving licence, medical card or Department for Work and Pensions letter to prove your date of birth.

You will need to provide evidence that your sole or principal residence is within North Yorkshire. Please provide a copy of your driving licence, medical card, a letter from a government organisation e.g. Inland Revenue, Department for Work and Pensions or your council tax bill.

If you are applying for a disabled persons bus pass you will also need to provide evidence of your disability as listed on the application form.
