Business Mentor Service - Science City York Science City York offers a business mentor service for knowledge-based small and medium sized enterprises in North Yorkshire. Available at no cost to the individual or the business, the core aim of the new service is to help individuals improve their performance and thus improve the competitiveness and profitability of the business. Finance Yorkshire Finance Yorkshire provides seedcorn, loan and equity linked investments, ranging from £15k to £2m, specifically to help small and medium businesses meet the gaps in funding they need for development or acquisitions.
