Top licences and street trading tasks

Applications for alcohol, entertainment or late night food and drink licences under the Licensing Act 2003 should be made to your district or borough council. You will find links to all the district and borough council Licensing Act 2003 web pages below. These links will allow you to download guidance and an application form. Please note that although the application is made to the district or borough council you must send copies of your full application to both the trading standards and the social services departments of the County Council.
