Whitby registration office
Whitby must truly be one of the most historic ports in England. Dominated by the ruins of the Abbey and with its association with Captain Cook, Frobisher and Bram Stoker of Dracula fame, the narrow winding streets throng with tourists in the summer. Whitby is truly a quaint and glorious place. This building, purpose built in 2001, offers excellent facilities with a ceremony room that can comfortably seat up to 38 guests. There is also a separate sitting room for the couple to use either separately or together prior to the wedding. There are music facilities to play CDs we have a range of CDs available for your use. If none of these are suitable then you are welcome to bring your own. You are welcome to bring video equipment to record your ceremony as we do not have such facilities at present. There is also a conservatory or, weather permitting, a patio area for photographs afterwards. Parking is excellent around the office as we are next to a large pay and display car park. There are also a few spaces for the bridal party in front of the office. 360 degree view of Whitby registration officeBelow you can see an interactive 360 degree image of Whitby registration office.
