Translating and interpreting servicesWe believe that information about all our services should be accessible to all members of the public. As such, we can provide information in different formats and languages upon request.
Requesting information in a different language or formatYou may have a particular communication requirement when accessing our services, for example you may require sign language interpretation, or documents translated into a different language. We can also provide interpreted conversations for community languages (telephone and face-to-face) and translated leaflets and forms. For requesting information in a different language or format, or for additional support to access any of the Council's services, please contact the customer services centre on 0845 8 72 73 74.
