Customer servicesWe aim to be a responsive council providing excellent and efficient local services. Our focus is on our customers, the people who use the County's schools, roads, libraries, public transport, waste facilities, care services, public rights of way and many other services.
The County Council is improving access to services and information. We have created new community resource centres based in libraries and the website has a range of online forms that give access to all the key council services.
