Bullying and harassment policy
All those involved with education in North Yorkshire take bullying very seriously. As a Local Education Authority we advise schools on anti-bullying policies and strategies and do our best to support young people, parents/carers, schools and local communities.
This aim of this website is to provide access to the wide range of information and support available. Direct links are provided to the main national "anti-bullying" websites where you can find a whole range of advice and support and to key national and North Yorkshire LEA documents.
There is also a helpline number below for you to ring if you need information, advice or support.
(The photographs above were taken with the consent of the children involved in a staged environment - this is not a real bullying incident)
Bullying Action Charter [227kb]
