Planning appeals

Planning appeals can be lodged against refusals of planning permission or against conditions that the County Council may have imposed in granting planning permission.

All the guidance for planning appeals is now on the Planning Portal alongside the online appeals service. To view the guidance go to the appeals page on the Planning Portal.
