Gypsy and traveller sites

North Yorkshire County Council own seven official gypsy/traveller sites situated throughout the County. All of the sites are managed on behalf of the County Council.

They are situated as follows:

  • Hambleton area - Thirsk, Catterick, Stokesley;
  • Selby area - Carlton, Burn; and
  • Harrogate area - Bickerton, Thistle Hill.
