Library special needs
We provide a range of services to meet the requirements of people with special needs. Some of these are provided across our library network, while others can be found in larger libraries only. See below for details.

Some services and facilities are only provided by certain libraries. Larger libraries or those that have recently been refurbished are more likely to provide some of the following:
- access ramps
- accessible computers
- automatic doors
- baby changing facilities
- changing places
- disabled parking spaces
- hearing (induction) loop at library counters
- mother and toddler parking bays
- wheelchair access
