Services across our whole range are provided according to an assessment of your needs as an individual. However, if your needs do not meet our eligibility criteria we can still provide information and advice regarding services that can be provided by other agencies. To receive an assessment of your needs or for information about other services, please contact the customer services centre.
You do not need to tell anyone that you are HIV positive or have AIDS to receive our services. We only need to know what difficulties you have to enable us to provide the relevant support.
However, it may be appropriate for you to tell your case worker to enable them to arrange the most appropriate support.
Any information you provide to us is treated with total confidence. We will not pass on any information without your consent, unless we have a statutory duty to do so in order to protect you; prevent harm to someone else; or prevent or detect a crime.
