I've just agreed to buy a car on credit but have now changed my mind. Can I withdraw from the deal?With a credit agreement you are in a different situation to that of a cash customer. Until the credit agreement has been signed by both parties, you may withdraw from the sale without being in breach of contract. If the finance company or their representative hasn't signed the agreement then you can change your mind without losing your deposit.
