What will you do if you have got something wrong?If we get something wrong, we will do our best to make amends. We will review our policy and procedures to try to stop it happening again. It is our policy to admit our mistakes and offer a full apology.
We undertake detailed monitoring of complaints and publish an annual report on how many complaints have been received by each service, timescales and outcomes. These reports help to highlight problem areas and we can use the information to improve the way we deliver services. |
