Registration and payment

You can join and pay for an adult learning course:

Online

For an easy, quick and convenient way to book and pay for a course go to

www.northyorks.gov.uk/adultlearning, select the 'course finder' option and follow the simple instructions on screen. You'll receive an electronic confirmation and receipt of your payment, and you can also access more detailed information about your course. Online booking isn't available for all courses, for example any course which is free. For these courses you'll need to contact your local area office.

By post

Fill in the booking form on page 61 of the  prospectus [919kb] and return with your payment to the local area office. Cheques should be made payable to North Yorkshire County Council. Please do not send cash payments through the post.

By telephone

If you'd like to talk to someone about courses on offer, and discuss your needs with our staff, you can contact your local area office between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm on weekdays. See back cover of the  prospectus [919kb] for details.

You can also contact an area office if you would like to pay for a course over the phone with your debit or credit card.
