What should I do if my child has a medical condition?

You should ensure that the school is given all relevant details regarding your child's health and any other special needs. You will be asked to complete a consent form giving your permission for emergency medical treatment and giving details of any regular medication your child is required to take.

You should contact your child's school for further information.
