I'm being bullied, Where can I get help?

If you are being bullied, you can do something about it. Talk over what to do with a friend, your teacher, your mum or dad or someone you trust.

ChildLine run a free 24 hour helpline. You can phone them on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time of the day or night. You will then be able to speak to a counsellor who is there to help you find ways to sort things out. You can also phone the North Yorkshire Parental Advice LIne on 01609 538960 or contact Parentline Plus on 0808 800 2222.

Lots of help and advice can also be found on the websites - try visiting the Childline and Bullying Online websites.
