You can contact North Yorkshire County Council in a number of ways.

Online

	Apply for it Apply for our services online including school places, joining the library, copy certificates and blue badge parking permits.
	Find it Find what you're looking for using a range of online tools, from councillors to adult education courses, events to library books.
	Pay for it Use our secure forms to pay for a range of council services online such as library fines, musical instruments or a debtors invoice raised by the council.
	Report it Report issues to the council such as potholes, streetlight faults, change of address and compliments and complaints.
