How do I arrange for an occupational therapist to come to see me?

If you already have someone from social care services (a social worker or care manager) involved in your care, please contact him or her to discuss any needs you have.

If this is not the case, then please contact the customer services centre where staff will discuss your enquiry with you and help you decide the type of service you may require.
