All telephone enquiries, e-mails, letters, faxes and minicom messages are dealt with by a single team of customer services officers, who are highly experienced in social care. When you contact the customer services centre, you may be asked for some personal details to help with your enquiry. Any information you provide is treated in confidence and will only be shared with staff outside the organisation with your permission.
The customer services centre may be contacted for all social care services enquiries from adults, young people and children.
