Notice is given that Punch Taverns Plc has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation is as below:-
Annex 2 – amend conditions consistent with the operating schedule - under the Prevention of Public Nuisance objective, that “Use of beer garden restricted to 11:00 to 23:20 hours each day so it reads as follows:
Use of beer garden restricted to 11:00 until 20 minutes following the last sale of alcohol. No drinks to be taken into the beer garden thereafter.
To remove the conditions numbered 1 to 7 (inclusive) from Annex 1 – Mandatory conditions.
From Annex 2 – conditions consistent with the operating schedule, to remove the following;
The premises to be smoking charter compliant
All other conditions, permitted hours and licensable activities are to remain unchanged by this application.
