The library is in the Ropery, next to the Tourist Information Centre and opposite the short-stay car park and the Co-op supermarket. There is a bus stop outside the library, served by the number 128 bus and the local Town Bus service. Coastliner buses stop in Eastgate which is an eight minute walk from the library.
There are no car parking spaces at the library itself, but there is a paying short-stay (two hours) car park opposite the library. Long-stay parking is available in the town and is clearly sign posted.
The library has automatic doors and all areas are accessible to wheelchairs. There is also a lift to the meeting rooms on the second floor. There is a hearing loop available at the issuing desk.

Citizens Advice Bureau
The Citizens Advice Bureau hold a session on Tuesday mornings from 10am - 1pm. Sessions are by appointment only, please telephone 01653 695542 to book an appointment.
