The future of dementia services
We are seeking the views of people who have dementia and those who care for them to help determine how care services should be delivered. It is vital we have a high-quality service to meet the needs of those affected. With NHS clinical commissioning groups covering North Yorkshire and York, we are developing the specification for the dementia care service. A contract will be awarded in autumn. So that your views can be considered, please complete our survey by Friday 5 July 2013.
