We are supporting a campaign to encourage children to get the exercise they need during this summer’s school holidays. Run by Public Health England through its Change4Life programme and with support from Disney, the 10-Minute Shake-Up is aimed at families with children aged five to 11. It encourages children to team up with their favourite Disney characters and enjoy 10-minute exercise activities.
