Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847
All Mariners are advised that on 12th December 2021, Divers and Work vehicles conducted an operation to remove a large stone that had been lodged in the seabed in the main navigable channel between the LPS watch tower and the Sydney Smith Bridge.
Whilst on site, the divers conducted a survey of the channel and found no further debris that could cause issue to vessels operating in and out of the harbour.
There is no longer a low water danger from the identified debris.
Therefore Local Notice to Mariners 2021-03 is hereby cancelled.
