Finding the library, parking and access

The library is to the north of the main traffic lights in the centre of Sherburn, heading up Finkle Hill (signposted to Tadcaster). If you are approaching along the B1222 from the direction of Selby, turn right at the traffic lights. If you are approaching from the direction of Leeds, turn left. The library is signposted just past the estate agent and is located to the rear of the row of shops, set back from the road, on your right and before the Co-op supermarket.

All the surrounding villages are served by buses which stop in Sherburn. A community bus also drops off near the library.

A small amount of parking is available outside the library. The library has automatic doors and all areas are accessible by wheelchair. There are toilet facilities suitable for people with a disability and baby changing facilities.
