Finding the library, parking and access

If approaching from Leeds or Boston Spa and entering Tadcaster on the A659, follow this road onto Station Road. The library is on the left before the pelican crossing.

If approaching from the east side of Tadcaster, turn right up St Joseph's Street and then turn left at the top into Station Road. The pelican crossing is then in front of you and St Joseph's School is on the right. The library is situated on the left of the school as you face it.

A bus station is about a short walk from the library and the coastliner bus stops here.

No specific parking spaces are available for the library, although there are two spaces on the road opposite. Additional parking is available in the sports centre car park further up the road.

There is access to all areas for wheelchairs and there is also a hearing loop. The library has an automatic door.
