We rely on the thousands of consumers who make complaints about traders or their products & services to us via Consumer Direct each year. The valuable information this gives us enables us to target our advice and other enforcement activities at the traders who are trading unfairly or unlawfully. We also work with community groups and others to protect the interests of consumers and residents, for example by setting up 'No Cold Calling Zones'.
