If you have a sight or hearing difficulty, we can assess whether you would benefit from care services through a needs assessment. We can also provide information and advice to help you to maintain your independence as well as training for any specialist equipment which can help you in your everyday life. Home adaptations and aids
If you have difficulties managing in your home, it may be possible to alter or adapt your property. We offer services and support to help you to live independently. An occupational therapist or someone from social care services can visit your home to discuss your needs.
