  • Ambition, innovation, commercial focus; do you have what we are looking for?

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in these roles. This is a very exciting time to join the financial management service team, with fresh challenges, renewed ambition and plenty of opportunity to realise our potential. We are one of only nine organisations to have won a contract to deliver the Department for Education’s flagship school resource management contract. Reflecting our expertise in providing financial consultancy and support services to the school sector, we want to deliver better value for our existing customer base.

The school sector has undergone a lot of change in recent years and whilst we have retained a lot of customers, our ambition is no less than to become the largest provider of high-quality financial support to schools in the north of England. That ambition is served by a dedicated and well respected team who provide a strong professional reputation and understanding of the sector.

Thinking about the roles available, the following words come to mind: opportunity, potential, creativity, innovation, ambition, commercial focus, quality customer service and, of course, financial excellence. If these describe who you are and what you are looking for in a role, then we would like to hear from you. We share, and are passionate about, those values and aspirations. In return, we can offer you the chance to flourish in a growing team, flexible working, the opportunity to be accredited as a school resource management advisor and, of course, fulfilling work that really does have a direct impact on key public services.

If you are interested in what we have to offer, we would love to hear how you can add value to our team.

Kind regards,

Howard Emmett - Assistant Director - Strategic Resources (CYPS)
